The star-studded charity fundraiser was set up to help support Simmons' "Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation," which is dedicated to giving disadvantaged young people the opportunity to practice and appreciate art. The event, which was sponsored by Bombay Sapphire, drew names such as singer John Legend, Maxwell, and expecting parents Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys. Actor Anthony Anderson hosted the big event.
