Drink plenty of water. It’s been proven that drinking just two glasses of water within a certain time frame can boost your metabolic rate by up to 30 percent. This means that by increasing your water intake by just 1.5 liter per day, you are likely to burn an extra 17,400 calories a year – with this step alone! That translates to about a five-pound weight loss. Dehydration lowers your metabolism, and people who are thirsty often confuse the feeling for hunger – consuming calories that they just don’t need. Focus on increasing your water intake by just two glasses per day. You’ll likely see weight loss results quickly from this simple step.  

Eat more dairy. Studies have shown that women who eat low-fat dairy products three to four times per day lost 70 percent more fat than low-dairy eaters. So what’s the low down on dairy? Apparently calcium signals your body to burn excess fat, so keep those nonfat yogurts and low-fat string cheeses at arm’s length in event of a snack attack. That’s not to say that calcium itself will signal the same response, as research has shown that foods fortified with calcium did not cause the same reaction. You should consume about 1,200 mg of calcium per day – that’s equivalent to about three servings of dairy.

Women do floor exercises at home?

Ideally, I'd like to get into a daily routine of liketo Tönning my legs and thighs and abdomen. At home I have this mat, the diagrams of different exercises for this girl has Tönning. Not sure if you saw one? Anyway seems be a good leader, and I wanted to follow a few years, then just left. For example, an exercise – bike in the air, which is really stressful time and it gets very hot. Do any of you women to follow a routine and have seen an improvement in your figure. I usually routines floor every two days or less. Includes squats, crunches, lunges, etc. I also work on a horse and ride 4-6 days / week, which also tends to help build the muscles lol. I do floor exercises (including some trains of the book "Pilates for the 'Dressage Rider – Excellent training sessions), only the sound of my muscles, if you've found the fat removed. then add in cardio – jogging or that is because you do not see the muscle tone, if you (to build the muscle under the fat) are fat.
